About Us
StopSouthwestPreboard.com is a group of parents that want one thing:
- a reversal of the 10.02.2007 change in Southwest's family pre-board policy so that parents and children can pre-board.
For years we have chosen SW for it's family friendly pre-board policies, great customer service, fun staff, and great prices.
Unfortunately the first of these is gone. And we will be as well.
We are saddened by Southwest giving up an a whole segment of their customer base. We are particularly saddened because many of us have been life long SW "fanatics" who never had a negative word to say about the company, until now.
