Not that I have to remind readers of this blog, but Robocalls are illegal in the state of California. Political calls included. And, I've blogged about this group making illegal robocalls in CA before (and in VA against Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA).
There are reports that Working Families Win (WFW) is, again, making illegal robocalls in CA. This time against Rep. Radanovich (R-CA).

Working Families Win has all the right to get their message out, but they must follow both Federal and State law.
Not only do they break CA state law where robocalls must be introduced by a live voice, they seem to be breaking the Federal TCPA law that requires that any robocall include the following identification:
Anyone interested in a formal complaint against WFW?
NOTE: I did see on WFW's web site that the front page has a link to be taken off their call list. It is a start. However, the link is nothing more than sending a Email to WFW. Here is the email: wfwin@adaction.org Spam them. Go for it.
UPDATE: Wow, what a FAIL. I TRIED to email them at that email address and received this response:
