OK, I've heard some weird robo calls in my life but reports of a wacko making robo calls alleging that Obama is being blackmailed over an affair by HHS Head Kathleen Sebelius pretty much takes the cake.

During the last election cycle the weirdest robocall, by far, was by a little known "green republican" running in CA-1. Zane Starkewolf was his name and, while he had not a snowball's chance in you no where, he did become famous for the "porno robocall" that quickly became the talk of the nation. Here is my post on the call with the audio and a few interviews with Zane himself.
Now we have reports that some guy is making robo calls that allege Obama is being blackmailed by an affair by newly appointed Kathleen Sebelius, the former Governor of Kansas.
The reports come on Twitter and offer little details. Here are some:

Now, I have absolutely NO IDEA what this guy is up to, but if he is making robocalls in KS and is not a political candidate or a non-profit organization he may be violating the TCPA (telemarketing law).
